The Indiana Pacers Team Store is committed to fan satisfaction; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached, ensuring you include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
